If you're reporting a problem, it helps to include your macOS version, Tutio's version (Tutio → About Tutio), and what you did just before it happened.
Another app may already own that shortcut. Open Settings in Tutio and set a different one. Tutio also has to be running for the hotkey to work.

When monitoring is on, things you copy are listed for 24 hours and then cleared. Keep turns an item into a note. You can pause monitoring or clear the list at any time.
